Overview

A Premium Mixed-Use Complex with 6 units (3 Residential, 3 Commercial), built with a strong structural foundation for functionality and modern business needs in a prime locality. A complex series of 6 units on a 140x140 ft plot along the American House road with structures for both commercial and residential purposes. The Float is a joint venture agreement between the landowners and Blue Koncrete Developers to economically utilize the land size for both homes and offices.

Design Concept

Each residential unit hosts 5 bedrooms, intended for families or co-habitating groups. The multi-storeyed living space boasts adequate parking, sleek modern windows and lighting. The 3 separate commercial blocks are suspended on a connected base, that allows for more tenancy space.

Each block provides options for shared and independent workspaces, while the base is useful for smaller independent letable office space.
